- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Excellent facility but one thing kept me from giving it a 5 star review as I would the West Bloomfield hospital. I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Howard for years and have normally had great service. Recently however I have been seen to by a HORRENDOUS Medical Assistant named Sabrina (?) who not only was incredibly rude, but supposedly incorrectly checked my daughter into the room and took over ONE HOUR to come to us to draw blood. Just needed a way to voice my displeasure of the quality of care I have received, as the rest of the facility (Dr. Howard, The Pharmacy) were always prompt, kind, and treated me and my children with respect. Hopefully Dr. Howard either returns to his old MA or they hire a new one as the past few times when she has checked my children in the quality has not been up to snuff.June 09, 2017by Pissed Off
